Funky Ballet

Ballet with a twist!!

Classical Ballet has been performed for centuries and is often classes as boring by today's youth.

Funky Ballet takes the principles from this traditional dance form and makes it more accessible for children of all ages and experiences.

Using a variety of music from Classical to Pop, it gives the chance to learn the old techniques in a relaxed and fun environment.

Creative / Contemporary Dance

Allows individuals to learn a new dance form and create their own unique movements all in the same session!

Creative / Contemporary dance gives a hightened sense of body awareness and co-ordination as well as allowing exploration of individual and group creativity.

A wide variety of music will be used from Classical to Experimental and Popular genres.

Funky Street Dance

Fun, Funky and energetic!

Street Dance allows individuals to learn set dance steps and routiens each week.

Learn all the latest moves to new funky music and dazzle your friends on the dance floor.

Rushmoor Dance Companies

Rushmoor Infant, Junior and Youth Dance companies aim to provide members with wide and varied dance experiences.

Each week dancers will work on a specific type/style of dance and learn to explore and create their own steps along side those choroegraphed by our teachers.

Once a dance has been formed and rehearsed the groups will have the opportunity to perform at various local and county wide events.

These sessions are funded partially by the North East Hampshire School Sport Partnership through the Big Lottery Fund.
