BALLET & CREATIVE MOVEMENT FOR 2-4 YEAR OLDS

Children will be introduced to the principles of Ballet and Creative Dance in a fun, informal and imaginative environment. These sessions are aimed specifically at children aged 2-4 years and will give them the chance to learn how to use their bodies whilst moving. Parents will have the opportunity to participate in the sessions and actively encourage their children to learn and develop through movement. This 45 minute afternoon session will still allow time for your child's lunch time nap and will finish in plenty of time to collect other siblings from school or to go for a coffee with the new friends you'll meet during the session.

WHEN: 1.45pm - 2.30pm Friday 16th November - Friday 5th December

Rushmoor Infant Dance Company (4-6 years)

******* THURSDAY DANCE SESSIONS ********

Rushmoor Infant Dance Company is for children aged 4-6years who have an interest in dance.

The group will meet at 5pm-5.45pm each THURSDAY at ST MARKS CHURCH HALL, FARNBOROUGH to learn create and explore new dance works.

Children will experience styles from Street Dance to Contemporary and will have the chance to perform in front of friends and family at local events.It is hoped that children who have a continued interest will then progress through to the Junior Dance and Senior Dance Companies.

These sessions are supported through the North East hampshire School Sports Partnership.

Dates: 18th September - 11th December (excluding Half Term)
Cost: £26 per 12 week half term

Rushmoor Junior Dance Company (7-11 years)

****** WEDNESDAY DANCE SESSIONS ******


Rushmoor Junior Dance Company offers children aged between 7 & 11 years the chance to learn, create and perfom new dance work throughout Rushmoor and Hampshire.

The group meet once a week (Wednesday's 5pm -6pm) at St Marks Church Hall,Farnborough where they will learn and rehearse a variety of styles and pieces, from Street Dance to Contemporary.

If your child has a passion for dance and would like the chance to be a part of the company then come along and have a go!

Rushmoor Junior Dance Company is supported by the North East Hampshire School Sports Partnership.

Date: 17th September - 10th December (Excluding Half Term)
Cost: £26 per 12 week term

Rushmoor Youth Dance Company (11-17 years)

***** TUESDAY DANCE SESSIONS *****

Rushmoor (Senior) Youth Dance Company offers young people aged 11 - 18 years the opportunity to rehearse and perform dance throughout Rushmoor and Hampshire.

The group meet once a week in Farnborough where you'll learn and rehearse a variety of dance styles and pieces, from Street Dance through to Contemporary and more theatrical styles.

Dates: 16th September - 9th December
